Cleaning a tenanted house twice a month

Any recommendations for either a private individual to do a fortnightly clean in a house in Turnpike Lane, kitchen and 2 bathrooms or a good Cleaning Agency ?

I've used Brooms for the past few years and happy with them.

They are a small agency. Good in that they are able to accomodate changes in day/time and if your usual cleaner isn't available someone else will come (including the boss).
