Hi Neil - there were 26 planning conditions attached to the approval, some of which hold back parts of the work until they are discharged. 

They satisfied the conditions that held back demolition, so carried that out. They are still in the process of agreeing others with the council (piling / contaminated land remediation / drainage details and on and on), so can't do anything else until that's agreed.

I'd expect a lot of piling over the summer

I assume they're doing some work on the utilities at the moment (at least that's what it looks like).
