She looked after my friend's twins for a couple of years and my baby for a couple of months when I needed to go back to work before her place at nursery was available.

I can second Tahura! She has look after my two children since they were babies. She's amazing! If she doesn't have a space, I know another lovely lady who is a childminder too and definitely has a space. PM me if you want more info.
