Childminder/nanny/babysitter wanted

Hi there,
I am looking for a childminder to look after my 10 months old daughter.
I work freelance so I need someone who is going to be quite flexible, as I will require to drop her off at short notice.
I am only looking for someone in the afternoons, always between 12.30 and 17:30 but some days I might require 2-3 hours, other days a full afternoon and some other days no childcare at all.
I know it's really not ideal but I thought I'd ask anyway!
We live in the warehouse district area so someone close to there might be more suited.
