Celebrating Eid In Haringey

Eid, the Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, will be celebrated on Sunday 12 September.

Celebrations will be held from 2pm at the Civic Centre on Wood Green High Road.

The day will include marbling and calligraphy, Nashid, songs, folk dancing, an Eid arts and craft workshop, and poetry reading by Haringey Library’s Bengali Writers Group.
