Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Help people to not throw away so much by joining our free repair effort. Local people are asking for a hand fixing the stuff they have a booked a slot with us for. Here's what people are bringing in to Lordship Hub Café on Sunday between 4 and 7pm:
Fixing the brakes and if possible replacing the grip material in the handle bars for two kids bicycles
A polaroid like camera ( instax mini 8 ) it's working but not registering the new film and not letting me take pictures
A nightdress and two dressing gowns, no thick material, need taking up by around two inches and I can't do it myself
Solar lights/squashed metal musical instrument
I have two electric shavers. One as slightly fallen apart and the other doesn't connect with the moving part.
DVD player not switching on/no power - hardly used but been plugged in on stand-by for ages.
Table fan, makes a humming noise but blades don’t turn - it's this model:
We don’t have enough people willing to try to help them - do you have fixing skills or want to learn\increase them? Book the first slot and let us know you can help (be specific if you wish)
Here's a list of most of the things people have carried in for help repairing in the past:
