Builder to do front garden area

Hi All, has anyone got any recommendations on some to do the front of the house? Fairly standard remove and dispose of the crazy paving and garden wall and replace with a Victorian tiled path to the front door, paving slabs to the rest and a new front wall. About average size.

I've had one outrageous quote so far so looking for other options. If you're also able to share a rough cost (either on here or DM) that would be great.
