Brilliant note to neighbours..
This use to annoy me so much when I lived on Seymour Road. Don't know how many times I was woken up by the residents opposite when they came home late!
Would amuse me no end to stick a modified version of this letter on the offending car(s).

My neighbour came round the other day and said she's going to have another loud party and begged me to not call the council because she can't afford another fine. It seems calling the council works. Not that it was me, I just wanted an invite, never got one though.
Kids these days huh.

I went over to ask my neighbours to turn down the music on saturday and got plied with goat curry, white rum and sensi. we are very tolerant in N15

Matt, does not happen in Crouch End. However, was woken up pretty much every night on Seymour Road. Another reason why I got out of there. No regrets!

uh - what a coincidence, we used to have neighbours who threw really loud parties at the most insane hours (say, starting at 5 am on a Sunday morning) in Muswell Hill and had to report them several times to the council... They eventually stopped so I wonder if they did actually get a fine? Oh and 2 things for the record:
1. I did go and rang their bell once but they were so stoned/drunk that they couldn't even articulate half a sentence and
2. We've had such good night sleeps since we moved to N15!
