Boris backs Wightman Road closure!!

I don't do twitter but a friend who lives by the twitter ping says that he has picked up chatter that the mayor has been briefed on the North London traffic snarl up post Wightman Rd blocks-it and reacted that 'closing more roads in London is the way to go!'. That it would 'encourage kids to cycle to school and that's got to be a good thing'.

Looks like there's a link to his cycle highway plans for north london, Phase II. 

Wonder what the mayoral candidates think. Boris is on his way out after all.
