McDonald’s will be the only branded food retailer available on the Olympic site, with a 32,000 sq ft outlet just 200 yards from the main stadium; World's biggest Mcdonalds lands in London.

It's now clearer as to why the opening ceremony will take on a British countryside theme, .... with the cattle feeding the world! BigMac anyone?

Never mind folks, you can laugh it all off at the alternative Olympics at Ally Pally on 10th August. Bit of culture for ya.

It's make me really angry- this complete sell out to corporate capitalism. Local traders and businesses are having strict regulations imposed on them during the Olympics and many are going to suffer loss of business and maybe be forced to close as a result. A small business cant cope with weeks of losing trade. So much for the Olympics being all about creating jobs and sustainability... they will have a negative impact on many local traders.

Coca Cola and MacD's rule ok in Greenwich and Stratford.

It's all for the bankers, politicians, big business & newspaper elites who are ... oh yes! ... all currently under investigation of one enquiry or another. Need we really say anymore.
