Beware of the skunk

Anyone caught in possession of cannabis risks five years in prison and an unlimited fine now that the drug has been reclassified into a more dangerous category, warns Haringey Council's cabinet member for enforcement and safer communities, Cllr Nilgun Canver.

She says that as cannabis is the most commonly used drug for young people they really must be aware of the risks, particularly as much of it is a new stronger form of the drug called Skunk
