Hidden away on the first floor of the Asian Community Centre in Caxton Road N22 (next to the entrance to the Shopping City car park) is the most superb kitchen offering a lunchtime canteen service every weekday.

The food is all cooked by hand, fresh every day. It's not too spicy, and the devoted cooks are really friendly and welcoming. You can choose veg (or non-veg for an extra 50p), but other than that there is no choice. You purchase a raffle ticket in the office and then exchange it for the food. Everyone is welcome.

Service starts at 12.30pm, and get there before 1.30pm or there might not be any food left.
