Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi, there's a Bengal cross cat that's been hanging around in our garden and looking pretty mangy. I've seen him round before but wonder if something is up with his owners.

Does anyone know who owns him? Or any other advice? I'm reluctant to feed him (too much) or whisk off to the vets in the current circumstances!

What an amazing coat.

Do you have a front-facing picture?

He's basically camped out outside our house (he's un-neutered) so will post one as soon as.

That cat's been coming round our garden for a couple of years now. He's always been long and slim. I got a look once, and he was a full tom, and they don't always age well.

At first he'd be in our garden most days, and our cat seemed to like him. I've never fed him, but he would take any chance to steal our cat's food. Nowadays he'll disappear for a few months, and then be around every day for a week.

We're in the middle of Kimberley, and our garden faces Salisbury Road gardens. But I've seen him at both ends of our road.

I have no idea where he lives, but in the early days he looked well kept.

I've seen him in the garden this morning, so he's still getting around.

Thanks Pat! I do agree that he looks pretty well fed (harder to say as they're all molting at the moment). There was someone else on chesterfield who was having some troublen him previously I think. My main issue is that he's not neutered, which feels a bit neglectful...

Put his picture on as many lost uk sites as you can. Worth the effort, only takes 10 mins.

Agree about neutering.

If he’s not been chipped and neutered his owners have let the cat down in that regard, it’s an absolute minimum requirement that needs to be adhered to by any pet owner.

He looks friendly bless him, any cat owner knows. If you give a stray/lost cat a chance the rewards are massive. They become friendly and loyal quickly if you treat them the right way.
