Batman Birthday Cake

Its my sons 4th Birthday and he wants a Batman Birthday Cake. Does anyone have any recommendations of a supplier?

Ben. When we had similar requests for Spiderman my wife made a sponge cake and bought an icing image of said superhero on t'internet. Amazon or eBay. Fairly cheap for the image and a shed load cheaper than a full cake from a bakery!

You could buy a ready made cake, like a victoria sandwich or chocolate cake and then put a lego batman on top? I did similar things for my two and they enjoyed having the lego as an extra present.

Sounds great but I really want a bespoke edible batman. God I spoil him. Thanks for your advice though. Are there any pro bakers out there who could be interested?

This baker who specialises in the sort of cake you are talking about, could do it.  But she is nowhere near London.  I will ask her if knows of someone in N London who could do the same.
