I remember walking past Barratts in the early 1970s and smelling the aniseed,could still smell it for a few years after factory closed,happy memories

My mum used to work there for a while. On Friday evening she would bring a bag (or several) of mis-shaped sweets that had failed quality control. I can remember the taste of milk bottles even now.

Sorry this reply has taken so long, I wondered if you or anybody remembered a lady by the name of Harrison.
She worked at Barratts in the 80s. I am trying to find her doughter, her name was Donna Harrison. Do you or anybody remember her, and where is she now.
