AVAILABLE NOW elegant double room in colourful, friendly garden flat

I'm looking for one new flatmate to take a double room in my colourful garden flat, sharing with one other female Kiwi flatmate in her twenties. It's a friendly flatshare with 2 very lovable cats and a nice garden. 

The flat is on the Harringey ladder with excellent transport links and good food shops in the area. The room is furnished with a double bed, optional desk, hanging rail, chest of drawers and colour TV. 

It's my home and I tend to keep it pretty clean, looking for someone fairly tidy but not obsessive. £125 per week no bills. Stuff like washing machine, broadband, tv+licence etc included. 

The area's good for greengrocers and places to eat out, also the transport links are very good. 

I'm particularly keen to get a cat lover as the cats are very sociable and used to being spoilt. 

It's currently available for at least 6 months and probably longer but will consider lets of shorter duration - at least 5 or 6 weeks. I'm happy to discuss terms but I was thinking something like 2 or 3 weeks notice your side and 4 or 6 from mine - that can all be discussed.
