I agree with all your points apart from the first part of the penultimate bullet. If it has a national identity (mainly restaurants), I don't mind that all the staff reflect that national identity. In most of the restaurants in Chinatown, I can order in Cantonese, unless the server is from the Mainland and only speaks Mandarin.

As part-time councillor of Harringay, I thought you would have recognised at least a few of the characteristics Osbawn indicated.

In particular

"- do not have undue influence over what happens on green lanes
- do not have their wares and seating out on the footpath."

Have you not shared a seat with Shef infront of his premises? You must be aware that he appears to have undue influence over what happens on Green Lanes.

That you do not recognise, and actually challenge the observations of Osbawn shows how shamefully out of touch you are with your ward.

Finally, 

"- employ people of different nationalities and genders equally"

There has been a great deal of interest in the sexist and illegal advertising in shopfronts along Green Lanes. Have you honestly missed it? Or have you, again, chosen to ignore it?

She always denies it (I've tried raising the issues with her before) because it is easier for her to brand people as racists than to actually DO anything.
