Are you a teacher, governor or parent at a Haringey primary school? Railway Fields Autumn term!

Dear HOLers

I am writing from Railway Fields, your beautiful Local Nature Reserve, a small haven of wildlife and urban diversity located in Green Lanes. We have for many years run a programme of school visits for Haringey primary schools, but until now our Environmental Education programme has run only in the summer term. Good news! We now do AUTUMN TRIPS!

We are open for bookings now for half day visits on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Our visits are particularly relevant to EYFS and KS1 and 2 Science, but we will discuss our lesson plans with the teachers involved and can adjust them for requirements of the class topic.

This Autumn term school programme is a new project and teachers and schools in the area need to know about it. Please get in touch with me, Lizzy (School Projects Officer) if you;

• Are a teacher and would like to enquire/ book a single or set of visits for your class.
• Are a parent/ PSA Member or governor of a school and can help let your school staff know about our Autumn term programme.
• Have any suggestions of WHERE to advertise this programme- for example, notice boards, community centres...
