Anyone Use FreshBooks- Help Needed Recording VAT Refund

Hi. Anyone out there use FreshBooks at all?  

I received a VAT refund for Q1 of this year- the refund being banked in Q2. Following the way to record this, as advised by the FreshBooks team, is causing me problems with my Q2 VAT.

Is there anyone in HOL-land that has dealt with a VAT refund in FreshBooks that would be happy giving me some (hopefully quick) guidance? Thanks.
