Anyone Need a 2 Week Parking Permit? GLA

Long story short, the council owes me a 2 week parking permit and cannot/ will not simply refund me. Instead they will let me have one when I ask for one.

So. Rather than hold this promise that will likely never be cashed (I held the previous permit for 12 years before I tried using it and found it was out of date...) I thought I would see if anyone out there requires a permit for (say) building work...

If so, let me know.
