Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Anyone know re West Green Road refurbs?

Just wondering if anyone knows about the two refurbishments happening on West Green Road? One is the white building on the roundabout opposite Black Boy Lane (ground floor of BBS hotel? next to the purple building). The other is the dispensing chemist on the corner over the road on Vicarage Parade. Both look like they’re having work done. Any intel?

I was trying to remember if it's the same furniture shop that was on the other side of the road that has recently been converted into a grocers/off licence.
