Anyone know Gustavo Capeleiro!

I live on Effingham Rd and have had a couple of letters from H M R C for Mr Gustavo Capeleiro sent to my address. They are for self assessment. I returned one but a second letter has arrived. As the post is so slow at the moment, I wondered, rather than send it back again as it maybe important, if anyone on Effingham Rd knew him to let him know I have his mail he could pick it up from my house.

Hi Susan,
It could just be someone who has given a fake address. For years we had post (from bailiffs by the look of it) for someone who has never ever lived at our address, and my neighbours had never heard of him either. I just kept sending the letters back stressing this fact, and eventually the post stopped coming.
On the other hand, this could be a genuine error on the part of HMRC.

I had the same experience with the DVLA where someone had fraudulently used my address to get a driving licence

Becoming standard practise to use other peoples address
Aware years ago it was bad Post people hoping to get mail before it got delivered
Always pays to return it unknown . And if continue send it back with a letter advising Not known at address
