Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Anyone know a good local surveyor to do a Homebuyers survey?

Need someone who can do this in N17 asap!

Colin Rickard is very good. Been around for years based in Edmonton- knows his stuff. Google him.

I tried Colin Rickard but they said he doesn't do Homebuyers. (Maybe just full building surveys).

Have you tried contacting RICS? They will be able to give some names. Most lenders have surveyors on their panels and estate agents could also recommend a few.

Hi, I've got Peter booked in to do the survey this Thursday - so will let you know how it goes. But he seems very decent and his rates are really reasonable.

And he's local which is even better!

Just to let you know I used Peter Loziou to do my Homebuyers survey this week. Peter was excellent. He was very reasonable on the phone - explained everything. He had availability to do the survey within a week and liaised directly with estate agent to arrange a convenient time. He turned up when he said he would, and then rang me immediately following his visit to explain, verbally, the outcome of the survey. He then followed up within 24hours with the (30 page) written report plus a number of other useful documents (his usual turnaround time for the written report is 48hrs after the survey but I had requested sooner if possible due to the urgency of timing with my purchase process).

Very impressed and would definitely recommend Peter for anyone who needs an independent survey. His details are repeated below.
