Any recommendations for a builder to do an extension?

Hello,
Can anyone recommend a good builder please?
We're in N22.
We have planning permission and plans for an extension and are now keen to find someone reliable and affordable to do the work.
Any tips gratefully received.

Hi Hilary

I have used and recommended David O'Doherty for such work and the fact that you already have plans is an important bonus. Prior to deciding to go with David I had a number of 'cowboys' suggesting I didn't need drawings. He insisted on it and his work at every stage was cleared by the council inspectorate. He has always given me sound and honest advice and his workmanship and costs are excellent. I always advise people to get a few quotes but you won't go far wrong including David, you can get him on: 07830119421.
