We recently had David lay us a new patio. Despite discovering drainage pipe problems when breaking up the ground, he just got on with it - fixed our drainage and put down a fantastic patio along with a new wall to hold back the lawn.
We've also had him do our front garden with a new wall and through associates a new Victorian front path and the whole exterior painted.
A typical phrase you'll hear from David is that he has to do something "right" as otherwise he will know it isn't when he leaves and that doesn't come with an increased bill.

Hi there, looks really good. You mentioned the work at the front of your house which is exactly what I need but I haven't found anyone that I am happy to do the path. Any chance you could post a picture of your new path? Thanks.
That looks really terrific. Looks expensive....dare I ask how much?
Hi Antoinette, I'm afraid it was part of a quote for a lot more work so I am not entirely sure what it was just for the path - but it did feel expensive. I do know the tiles were hundreds of pounds by themselves and the associate David used to lay the tiles once everything was prepared was one of only a few fitters in London accredited to fit tiles from this supplier (it's all he does not general tiling).
The path looks great. Just the sort of thing I would like. Thanks for sharing.
hello there - i'm just thinking of getting David to do some work on my house, including painting the front - could i come and check out how your paintwork is holding up? (just want a look from the outside) I've sent you a connection request.
thanks
Nick
