Alexander Technique Introductory workshops with HoL discount

Jeremy Cassidy is running the next small group introductory classes on Wednesdays evenings
October 6th, 13th and 20th from 6pm until 7:30pm, and costs £35 for three 1.5 hour classes.

Early Bird Offer: Pay full cost on or before Friday 1st October and pay ONLY £25.

AND each person to sign up via the HoL website will get £5 OFF.

This short course gives you a chance to find out more about the Alexander Technique in a small friendly group, at reduced cost.

* Find out the basic concepts behind the Alexander Technique
* Develop more awareness about how you use your body and find out how you can learn how to move more freely and easily
* Begin to recognise habits that don't serve you, so that you can begin to make changes and let some of them go so that you can begin to feel more comfortable in your body
* Reduced rate private lesson available to participants

It will be a small group, with a maximum of 6 people, so you need to enrol in advance.
