I think this is an excellent idea - um, partly because it occurred to me as well... Just how you'd go about it...
On the same lines I was thinking people posting recipes on the site and having some sort of local intiative with the butcher and a veg shop or something for the ingredients...

There is a Crouch End loyalty card in operation with different offers depending on the shops used. This idea could be used for Harrigay, take a look at www.thecrouchendproject.co.uk
