A Hackney planning application for 164 units.
It is worth while reading and adding a comment as the new units have no public space at all. The premise is that because they are so close to Haringey’s, Finsbury Park they do not need any. However, there is absolutely no 106 planning money gain back for the use of park by the new flats. This seems an outrageous form of development that can parasite off a public amenity.
