We have two very shallow depth cupboards in the kids room. Currently the rail runs across the width, but it is a problem as it is not deep enough for a normal hanger, so we have to slightly angle the hanger if we put anything in there. The doors are often not able to shut, and we are gouging out chunks of plaster on the other side...
I saw these in Next, and short of hopping down there with a balaclava and a screw driver set, does anyone know where we can get a hanger system that runs front to back like these do?
Any thoughts really appreciated.

Something like this?
Also my eldest has one similar to this for smaller items
The second one is exactly it. I actually looked on Ikea first and could I find anything? Honestly...
Thanks so much.
You could try Morplan who have a store near Oxford Circus and a website Morplan.com
I have their magazine and it looks like they have the type of brackets he saw in a retail shop so it is worth a go. My wife has a couple of free standing hanging rails from there for her studio space.
That looks interesting Robert, thanks- I am heading that way today I will see if I can check it out. Could not find them in ikea yesterday but form the online pics they look too long (they will poke out of the door.... Ta!
If you don't find what you need get Alan to make you one.
The thought did cross my mind...
Any good?
