I hope folks won't mind too much. I'm going to redirect this discussion to pick up on Duguneek's point about the planning system and close this thread down. I'm reluctant that the site should get too deeply into a particular planning issue that's not in Harringay. That's not the territory of the site. But the broader issues of planning in general and planning in Haringey are good territory for this site.
