Overnight tonight there will be a few changes implemented to the site. Many, you might not be aware of, but you may well notice one.
Your Network Inbox and Friend Requests are moving out of the bar at the top of the page and will now be integrated within the site. You will now be able to send/receive messages and review pending friend requests on full pages on Harringay Online.
(And, if you have an iPhone, there will be a new iPhone interface for Harringay Online. Sleek, compact, and easy to navigate, this new mobile version will enable you to take your network with you — wherever you go, just by adding /m to Harringay Online's URL.

Just in case you were wondering what happened to those changes, it seems the update has been pushed back to Saturday, September 27th with a planned downtime of 30 minutes at 10:30pm PDT.
One interesting thing among many is that members can now follow group discussions by receiving notifications of new threads. They are notified when they join a group that they will receive these email notifications automatically, but can turn these off very easily from the group’s homepage
