Dealing with Council Staff

Do many others seem to find that Dealing with Today's
Council Staff - Who We as Council Tax Payers
Pay their Wages

Find that in General - that Staff are not to helpful

I wonder if it is due to the majority of the Staff
living outside the Borough
and not worried @ end of Day because they do not have to put up
with issues that in most Cases other Borough's would not put up with
