Thought it would be useful to have a space where local people could advertise that they're looking for and/or offering flats and houses for rent or sale (if there's not one somewhere already!)

Hello everyone! We've just joined this site and happen to be soon in the market for a new place to rent in the area. We're 2 funded PhD students (a couple) who also work part-time, and we've lived in Harringay for over 2 years now. We currently live in a lovely house on Roseberry Gardens, and would love to stay in it, but have decided we want a place of our own (no more housemates.. too messy!) We're using all the normal channels, but thought it couldn't hurt to post here just in case :)
We need a place to rent from the beginning of March, either a large 1 bed or smaller 2 bed, ideally with garden (we really like gardening) though we can live without, of course. We're very tidy and so want a place that's been well maintained. If you know of somewhere of the sort, please get in touch. Thanks!
