3 month short term let needed from 6th June please :)

Hi, 

we currently live on the ladder and need to move out of our flat for 3 months on the 6th July whilst we have some work done on our flat. Ideally we would love to stay locally so we can keep an eye on things. Does anyone have a spare room they wouldn't mind letting out for the duration? we are both professionals in our early 30's who would make great flatmates/people you could trust with your property :)
