WANTED: 2 bed self-contained flat N4/N8

Would anyone know of a 2 bed flat to rent in the area please for a single mum with 10 year old boy.  Lovely people, flat would be very well looked after.  Mum is wanting to move from her present accommodation on a Ladder road as becoming a bit cramped for the 2 of them.  She works Monday to Friday in Crouch End and son is at a local primary school, transferring to Heartlands in September, so she needs to remain local.
