I'm fairly certain it's not Art...... Please Omega Works People, store your rubbish in your large yard, not on the narrow pavement.

We was entrapped by the council.

Had the same problem on overbury road. The council failed to remove our rubbish for 3 weeks in a row then sent out people to take photos of it and use as evidence that we mess the streets!

I can prove this with communication to Haringey Council by email every week asking what they had not emptied our bins, they passed the blame to Viola who have still yet to give a reason.

Leave photocopies of your council tax receipts stapled to your rubbish. This will get the message across.

Brian, is it residential waste or commercial? Residential waste collections are paid for from council tax but commercial waste is only collected if there is a contract with a waste disposal company.
