TAI CHI with Jo Golden at Crouch End Fitness Centre every SATURDAY at 1PM.
£12.00 on the door. FREE for members. All welcome.
13.00 - 14.00. TAI CHI With Jo Golden in Studio Two.
This class is for all ages regardless of your level of fitness.
Focusing on the slow gentle movements of the body and the breath, these movements assist in the support and strengthening of joints and muscles, increasing flexibility. Drawing on the principles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong the movements are easy to follow. The class also incorporates the Lam Style Tai Chi form called the Small Circle form.
