Event Description
Alexandra Park BJJ are hosting a mobility and flexibility seminar with Lauriane Pradeau on Thursday the 8th of August at 19:30. Lauriane is a coach at Muswell Hill Rhythmic Gymnastics and will be teaching her approach to mobility and getting and staying flexible. Open to all athletes (not just martial artists) regardless of affiliation or experience. The seminar will take place at Alexandra Park School, Bidwell Gardens, London N11 2AZ and cost £10. No need to pre-book just turn up.
