Explore Haringey's animal murals on our family-friendly Big Secret Safari ride
On the morning of Saturday 13 September, join us on a marshalled ride to visit wonderful animal murals dotted around Haringey.
We start (10:45) and return (13:00) to Lordship Rec to join events at the Tottenham Flower and Produce Festival with lots of stalls to visit, plants to buy and activities to join. We're also hoping to have a Q+A session with Councillor Mike Hakata after the ride – so bring your questions too!
The route will travel on quiet local roads where we'll spot the varied animals in their Haringey habitats. This includes artworks of red pandas, polar bears, and exotic birds by local artists including James Straffon.
Children are particularly welcome! Note, the ride is suitable for accompanied children who can pedal and control their bikes, as well as younger ones in child seats.
Prizes will be handed out for the quickest shout-out identifying animals correctly.
