Our Introduction to Creative Writing course will help you explore the tools available to you as a writer in an environment designed to support you as a human being. Whether you’re starting from the very beginning or returning to writing, join us and feel your confidence grow as we discuss and practice - and you begin tell the stories you want to tell.

Week 1) Character-building.

Week 2) Setting – where am I?

Week 3) Dialogue – talk to me.

Week 4) Point of view – whose eyes am I looking through?

Week 5) Plot versus story. Structure.

Week 6) Beginnings and endings.

Introduction to Creative Writing Part 2 follows after half term. You’re welcome to sign up for both at the same time – you won’t need to pay for Part 2 until a month before it begins. Zoom Delivery, Cost £140  

Summer Part 1: Tuesdays 10.30am-1pm, April 18, 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23.

Introduction to Creative Writing Part 2 follows on from Part 1 but newcomers are very welcome.
