FREE SELF-DEFENCE & PERSONAL SAFETY COURSE AGED 13 AND OVER (NO UPPER AGE LIMIT) !

Sev Necati Training (SNT) in partnership with MOPAC, Safer Neighbourhood Team Haringey and The Bridge Renewal Trust is running a free 6 week course for women and girls in self-defence and personal safety.

A great opportunity for all the women and girls that would like to join a course that will build up confidence and self-worth and learn practical skills in self-defence that empowers them to make positive changes.  Any women and girls that have fears around this area and / or have been victimised / attacked should take full advantage of this offer.

TIME COURSE:    10.00AM – 12.00PM

Tottenham Community Sports Centre

 COST: £12.00 deposit required to secure your space (terms and conditions apply)

There is no creche available.  Mothers and females can join with their daughters, family, friends and neighbours.
