 ust is running a free 6 week course for women and girls in self-defenc
 e and personal safety.\r\n\r\nA great opportunity for all the women an
 d girls that would like to join a course that will build up confidence
  and self-worth and learn practical skills in self-defence that empow
 ers them to make positive changes.  Any women and girls that have fe
 ars around this area and / or have been victimised / attacked should t
 ake full advantage of this offer. \r\n6 week course in self-defence a
 nd personal safety for women and girls.\r\nONLY 10 FREE SPACES (terms
