Join Muswell Hill Sustainability Group and a panel of speakers including Sue Heap, Integrative Psychotherapist and Amy Meek, co-founder Kids Against Plastic, for an evening investigating CLIMATE ANXIETY: the profound, chronic fear of environmental doom and emotional distress regarding the accelerating climate crisis.
This is a growing and worrying issue, particularly impacting the younger generation. So, we'll be looking at the facts, and offering advice and inspirational stories on how to identify, manage, discuss, counter and leverage the associate feelings of fear, hopelessness, anger, grief, frustration.
