Has this been partially sanded or stripped? In this condition, comparing with similar Ercol items on eBay, I'd politely suggest your asking price is a bit high. If it had proper Ercol slats, and was in better cosmetic condition, you'd probably get more. That repair of one of the feet is really crude, and I'd suggest if that were done properly - using dowel(s) and wood glue, you'd get a better price. The Ercol piece that goes for a lot on eBay is the studio couch/daybed, but the chairs and sofas are not so collectable. I'm sitting on a very similar Ercol sofa as I type this. Anyway, just some thoughts about what, with a bit of work, would be a lovely piece of furniture.

As I said previously, I am opened to offers. The two seater in fully refurbished condition will go for about £700-800.

Replacing webbing on Ercol furniture....easily done and available with good info on different model requirements here or here.

As you say a little TLC and Bob's your uncle...you'll have a lovely piece.
