Low water pressure at top a Hewitt - other roads affected?

A number of houses at the top of Hewitt Road noticed at significant drop in water pressure yesterday that has persisted and worsened through today.

I have juts got off the phone with a very helpful lady called Rhianna at Thames Water. She encourages anybody who is suffering from the same problem to report it.

I don't know if I was very lucky but this evening it was very easy to get through on the phone and as I said the lady was very helpful. You're supposed t be able to report issue on the TW WhatApp, but that seems to have been turned off at the moment. So, the phone is the way to go.
