Wood turner for a small job

Any suggestions or offers for a wood turner able to replicate an ornamental roundel on our staircase newel post.   It was removed by the previous owner and I would love to replace it so it matches the other two.

If somebody has a suitable wood lathe I would imagine it would be doable and I would provide the pattern and the wood cover the work involved.
