Looking for a reliable builder to estimate a job

I am in the process of dealing with water damages to my property from extensive neglect from a neighbouring property and need a reliable builder who can come and give me can estimate of what it will cost to do the necessary repairs work.

If you have had recent building works done and can confidently recommend someone please let me know ASAP.
