There’s a really good local voluntary group called Coffee and Computers (http://coffeecomputers.org) which offers one-to-one support to help (usually older) people achieve what they need from their smartphone, computer or tablet.
Now they’ve added a lot of other information and resources to help people get the support they need during the lockdown.
Here’s what they say:

Our volunteers are on hand to help you on the phone or video call with applications such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype & Messenger that enable us to see & talk to each other. They can also help you with shopping, social media, and special interest sites. To be connected with a volunteer just CLICK here.

The Resources section on our website has a lot of very useful information and some easy-to-follow guides on the major applications to help you stay connected. (WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger, Zoom etc.). To access this information CLICK here.
