Ian Shaw's Early Xmas Caper

Jazz singer and entertainer Ian Shaw returns to Lauderdale House for his inimitable one-man powerhouse show exploring the joys, tears and sheer horror of the festive season. 

Join this mischievous artist for a cracker of a show, after yet another right old figgy pud of a year. Expect seasonal songs and razor-sharp comedy as Ian rounds off this year's Jazz in the House season with his Early Xmas Caper. 

A staple of the British jazz scene for over three decades, Ian remains the consummate entertainer, whether solo at the piano, with his trio or as a special guest with orchestras. He can also be heard weekly on the Ronnie Scott's Radio Show on Jazz FM. 

For this special end-of-season concert, Ian will be joined by old friends Deirdre Cartwright on guitar and Alison Rayner on bass for a couple of special numbers.
