Event Description
Our next ADHD Thread support group is on Wednesday 8th of July, 7pm to 9pm, at Westbury Avenue Baptist Church in Wood Green.
This is a free, relaxed support group for parents and carers of children who have, or might have, ADHD.
Come along if you want to:
✨ talk to other parents who get it
✨ offload a little of the mental load
✨ swap tips and experiences
✨ ask questions in a supportive space
✨ feel less alone with the everyday ADHD chaos
You don’t need a diagnosis to join us. You might be just starting to wonder, waiting for an assessment, or already navigating ADHD at home and school.
